As a convenience to the client, purchasing services for the furniture, furnishings, and equipment of a project are offered at cost plus a percentage covering administrative costs.

Fixture layout is reviewed and coordinated as it relates to overall project function and aesthetics. Decorative lighting fixtures can be selected or custom designed to enhance the interior lighting concept.

The interior millwork Design elements, contemporary or traditional, adapted for the project are reflected in the interior millwork. A complete millwork construction package provides elevations and details for construction purposes.
